Support is provided for the latest uLanding release on a supported Ultimate SMS version (3.6.0+).

Envato item support typically covers help with the item as sold (bugs, documented features, and basic usage). Customization beyond the product is outside standard item support.

3. Ticket / product support channel

If your purchase includes access to the vendor ticket system (as advertised on the item page), open a ticket and attach:

Tip Never share your full .env file, database passwords, or private purchase codes in public comments. Share purchase codes only through private support channels when requested.

Before contacting support

Confirm Ultimate SMS is 3.6.0+.
